Engagement Photoshoot

Save-the-Dates
We spent our three-day weekend wedding planning and enjoying the great indoors. It was nice to check off some major things on the planning list. As a result, the final batches of the save-the-dates were mailed out today! A (semi-) formal invitation will follow.

Found the Dress!
I said "yes" to a Grecian-inspired Vera Wang dress in ivory. I can't wait to wear it on the beach in Riviera Maya!

Bad News and Good News
Bad news is our photoshoot was horrible yesterday. We were both tired and hungry and had to wait on the photographer for over an hour. Our shoot didn't produce any good results, and we were too grumpy to do retakes. We'll have to reschedule another shoot sometime soon....
Good news is my mom is coming to DC today! I can't wait to see her!
